How do I place an order?
Configure a product (or campaign kit), choose artwork method, add items to your cart, and submit contact + ship-to details. We review the request, confirm artwork and payment, then print. See How It Works.
Are online prices final?
Online prices are live estimates for the options you select (product + typical shipping assumptions). Your confirmed total is provided when we review the order before payment and production.
How long does printing take?
Standard production is 7–10 business days after artwork approval and payment confirmation. We do not currently offer rush upgrades. Plan backwards from your election or event date.
Can I use one design on multiple products?
Each product uses its own print size and template. For a matching campaign look, customize or upload artwork on each product, or ask us to adapt your files when we review the order.
What artwork formats do you accept?
High-resolution PDF, PNG, or JPG are preferred. Include bleed where required. Details: Artwork Guidelines.
Do I have to approve a proof?
Almost always yes — proofs protect spelling and layout before we print. See the Proof Approval Policy.
Do you ship and can I pick up?
Yes. We ship and also support pickup in Hanover, Indiana. See Shipping & Pickup.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Custom print is hard to resell. Cancellations before production are usually free; after proof approval/payment, reprints apply mainly for our errors. Full details: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Are you affiliated with the State of Indiana or a political party?
No. Hoosier Campaign, owned by Mad Town Enterprises LLC DBA Mad Town Print, is a commercial printing and merchandise company. It is not affiliated with the State of Indiana, any election authority, political party, candidate, or government agency. Political Neutrality Statement.
