Proof Approval Policy
Last updated: July 31, 2026
A proof is a digital preview of how your job will print. Approving it authorizes us to produce your order as shown.
When proofs are required
Most campaign products require a proof before printing — including yard signs, banners, apparel prints, postcards, and giveaways. We may waive proof only if you explicitly request it in writing.
What to check
- Names, office titles, slogans, and phone/website text
- Required paid-for-by or disclaimer language for your race
- Colors, layout, size, and single- vs double-sided setup
- Quantity and any kit components
How approval works
- We send a proof by email (or share a preview link).
- Reply with written approval or mark-up changes.
- Production timing starts after approval and payment confirmation.
Changes after approval
Changes requested after approval may require a new proof and can add cost or delay. If production has started, changes may not be possible.
Color & screen vs print
Screens display color differently than ink on substrate. We aim for a close match to your approved files; minor variation is normal in commercial printing.
Customer-supplied print-ready files
If you upload print-ready artwork and decline our design review, you accept responsibility for file setup (bleed, resolution, fonts, etc.). See Artwork Guidelines.
