By using HoosierCampaign.com or submitting an order request to Hoosier Campaign (Mad Town Enterprises LLC DBA Mad Town Print), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Who we are

Hoosier Campaign, owned by Mad Town Enterprises LLC DBA Mad Town Print, is a commercial printing and merchandise company. It is not affiliated with the State of Indiana, any election authority, political party, candidate, or government agency. We provide commercial printing and merchandise services from Hanover, Indiana.

Quotes vs. orders

Prices shown online are estimates unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Submitting a cart/request is a request for order, not automatic acceptance. We review artwork, quantities, shipping, and payment before production begins.

Artwork & customer responsibilities

• You confirm you have rights to all text, logos, photos, and likenesses.
• You are responsible for spelling, dates, office titles, and disclaimer text required by election law for your jurisdiction.
• We may refuse content that is illegal, fraudulent, or violates our Content Policy.

Proofs & production

Most jobs require proof approval before printing. Once you approve a proof (or waive review in writing), you accept responsibility for the approved artwork. Standard production is typically 7–10 business days after artwork approval and payment confirmation, unless we agree otherwise. See our Proof Approval Policy and Turnaround pages.

Payment

Payment is collected after we confirm your order — usually by phone or invoice. We may require payment before printing. Titles remain with us until payment clears where applicable.

Shipping & risk of loss

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the shipment, unless we agree to local pickup in Hanover, Indiana.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for campaign outcomes, missed election deadlines you did not plan around, or indirect/consequential damages.

Website use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape pricing for competing services. Content on the site is provided as-is for ordering campaign print products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is in courts serving Jefferson County / Southern Indiana area, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
